The Story

We’ve known each other since our Doss days and grew up with the same group of friends, but everything really came full circle at Ellen’s house freshman year when we came home from college during Covid. From that day on, we were basically inseparable. We spent the whole summer together, and once school started back, we made long distance work with so many drives and weekend trips between Tuscaloosa and Fayetteville.

Four months before the proposal, Jackson planned a weekend getaway at The Breakers in West Palm Beach. I thought it was just a fun trip, but he had much bigger plans!!!! He proposed in front of Memorial Park and the fountain, and it was the easiest YES! We celebrated the entire weekend, soaking up every moment. We are so excited and can’t wait for the wedding day and to celebrate with all of you!
